Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is a delay due to high order volume or logistics issues, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

For remote or out-of-delivery locations, we may ship via India Post or request an alternate address.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on delivery location & order weight.

  • COD Orders (if enabled): Additional COD fee may apply.

  • Free Shipping: Offered on select products / promotional offers (if applicable).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can track your shipment online until delivery.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Orders may be returned to origin if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Customer is unavailable at delivery location

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping charges

Please ensure accurate address and contact details while placing the order.


7. Damaged / Tampered Shipment

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered:

  1. Do not accept the delivery

  2. Take photos & videos of the package

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery attempt

We will assist with replacement or resolution.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping may be available on request.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if any) shall be borne by the customer.
