1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

•        The return request must be raised within 7 days of the date of delivery.

•        The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

•        All accessories, manuals, and components included in the original shipment must be returned.

•        Products that show signs of installation, use, damage caused by the customer, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

•        Custom orders, bulk orders, or items purchased under special promotional pricing may have different return terms — please refer to your order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

•        Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.

•        Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

•        Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

•        Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email us at ubinquitsolutions@gmail.com or reach out via the Contact page on our website within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

•        Your order number

•        Reason for the return

•        Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Do not ship the product back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 3 — Ship the Product

Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Charges for Returns

A flat return shipping fee of ₹75 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of return logistics and handling.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged in transit), the return shipping fee will be waived and we will arrange pickup at no cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

•        Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

•        The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the ₹75 return shipping fee.

•        Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

•        Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will offer one of the following resolutions at no additional cost:

•        Replacement of the defective product

•        Full refund with waived return shipping fee

•        Store credit

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at ubinquitsolutions@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
